This two-bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of historic St. Petersburg and offers excellent views of Ploschad Ostrovskogo with the statue of Catherine the Great and the historic Alexandrinsky Theater. Located on the 5th floor of a 6-storey building, this apartment features an elevator which is rare in historic buildings. The house itself has a spectacular design in Russian Fairy-tale style and is nicknamed the "House with Cockerels".
Each of the two bedrooms features a Queen-size bed, and a fold-out sofa is available in the living room (if required). In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle and has a small dining table. The bathroom has a bath with integrated shower, washbasin and hair dryer, and there is a separate WC. There is no landline telephone in the apartment (but you can rent a mobile phone from the operator of the apartment for a moderate fee if desired). Entrance to the building is from the square via a lockable door with intercom.
If you require Internet access, you can rent a 4G USB modem for your notebook (prior request – subject to availability).
