Bushe does breads, pastries, cakes, and small snacks, and boy does it do them well. Most of Bushe's menu items have familiar names - here you'll find muffins, tarts, an assortment of freshly baked breads, and paninis - but in this case, familiar names don't signal boring or flavorless results. Whether it means interesting flavor combinations (think carrot and cheese scones) or perfect execution of traditional recipes, at Bushe, no crumb is left behind on the plate.
