Dickens Restaurant is almost certainly not what you would expect in the rooms above a pub. Unlike the extremely popular and occasionally rowdy English pub downstairs, Dickens Restaurant is a somber and serious establishment that makes an excellent venue for business meetings, but less so to entertainment. Decorated like a Victorian gentleman's club, it serves a menu of superbly sourced and competently prepared English and European cuisine that is justifiably expensive, but perhaps a little bland.
