With a name meaning "two chopsticks", Dve Palochki has proved the most consistent and successful of St. Petersburg's sushi chains thanks to its spacious, stylish interiors and a menu of simple but relatively high-quality sushi and pan-Asian dishes. They have resisted the temptation to use too many "exotic" ingredients like dill and mayonnaise, and have managed to keep prices reasonably low, although some of that is clawed back on the drinks menu. Outdoor seating at several venues and all-night dining are further advantages.
