Run by Ginza Project, a company renowned in Moscow and St. Petersburg for its trendy, consistently high-class restaurants, Mansarda is located on the top floor of an office centre, with superb views of St. Isaac's Cathedral and its environs. The international menu includes pasta, sushi, and grill dishes, and ranges from traditional beetroot salads to pho bo soup, all well cooked and more or less reasonably priced, although the drinks menu will take more of a toll on your wallet.
