Among the very first pubs to open in the 1990s in St. Petersburg, Mollie's set the trend for scores of Irish and English pubs in the city. The popular formula that has remained unchanged for two decades combines a respectable range of draft beers, an extensive menu of cocktails and spirits (including around 30 single-malt whiskies), and a traditional but fairly upmarket food menu that combines bar snacks, traditional Russian soups, steaks and burgers, and a surprisingly large selection of salads. As with most pubs in the city, prices are fairly high.
