Among the many excellent dining options on Ulitsa Rubinshteina, O! Cuba is a colorful and lively venue with bright, sunny interiors and regular live music. The Cuban theme extends to the toilets, where Castro's interminable speeches are played on loop, but less so to the menu, which is a mix of Spanish and South American dishes. The food is good, nonetheless, and genuinely spicy. Plus great rum-based cocktails.
