Although it's not a historic building (nor was it ever a public toilet, despite rumours to the contrary), Park Guiseppe is a charming period pavilion superbly situated in the Mikhailovsky Garden, a few steps from the Church on the Spilled Blood. Unsurprisingly, it is a popular stop for tourists, and the menu of simple Italian cuisine is designed to have universal appeal. The pizzas are the best thing on the menu and, considering the location and moderate prices, are really worth trying.
