Part of a small international chain of up-market fish restaurants, Porto Maltese prides itself above all on the freshness of its fish and seafood, flown in twice a week and stored on ice. Guests choose their fish themselves, and chefs will follow their instructions on how to cook it. The menu also offers Mediterranean salads and vegetable dishes, and excellent pasta. There is also a reasonable wine list.
