Rubai, a bamboo-lined café located just off Nevsky Prospekt on the banks of the Fontanka River, has one of the largest tea menus of any café in the entire city. The selection features white, yellow, red, black, Ceylon, oolong, and green teas from the world's most famous tea-producing regions, including not only China and South Asia, but also Japan, Africa, and Latin America. Teas can be served as part of a formal Chinese tea ceremony, with fruits or other additions, or as part of a cocktail. In addition to its vast tea offerings, Rubai also serves excellent Turkish coffee and has a full menu of Italian and Sri Lankan food specialties.
