Shamrock is one of the oldest pubs in St. Petersburg, and claims, with some justification, to be the only authentic Irish pub in the city. Cozy and friendly, it offers a standard range of Russian pub food, and a selection of imported draft beers (including Guinness). There's normally live sport being screened, which gives way to an Irish folk band most evenings. Right opposite the Mariinsky Theatre, it's a popular place for drinks before, after, or during performances.
