Yakitoriya, which has four locations around the centre of St. Petersburg and also does delivery, is certainly not the best place to get sushi in the city. That said, it is a cut above most of the sushi chains, and is definitely worth considering if you are looking for somewhere to eat after midnight. The menu comprises the standard Russified variations on sushi and rolls, but also covers a huge range of grilled meats, noodle and rice dishes, and now an Italian menu of pizza, pasta, steaks, salads and desserts as well. All the food is of reasonable quality, and prices are not high.
