Amsterdam Hotel in St. Petersburg

The tiny Amsterdam Hotel - only eleven guest rooms - has the distinction of being the smallest hotel in St. Petersburg in its own self-contained building. The hotel occupies a charming three-storey townhouse overlooking the Karpovka River on the Petrograd Side.

Part of the Eurasia Hotels Group, a local chain of small standard hotels that has consolidated a reputation for providing plain, reasonably priced accommodation and competent, friendly service. As well as the eleven compact but comfortable guest rooms, all covered by complimentary WiFi Internet, the hotel offers a standard range of concierge services, while more extensive business services are available at its sister Regina Hotel, a few blocks away. There is a small cafe serving breakfast on the top floor of the hotel.

Located about five minutes' walk from Petrogradskaya Metro Station, the Amsterdam Hotel is in one of St. Petersburg's most attractive neigborhoods, surrounded by green spaces and elegant Style Moderne architecture. Thanks to its proximity to the metro, the Amsterdam is also very convenient for major attractions such as the State Hermitage and St. Isaac's Cathedral, which can be reached in just over 20 minutes. The Peter and Paul Fortress is closer still, only one metro stop and a short walk away.
