The Arkadia Hotel's restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is a large and elegant dining room with Empire-style interiors. As well as buffet breakfast, served daily for all guests between 7am and 10.30am, the restaurant offers an extensive lunch and dinner menu of high-quality classical European and Russian cuisine. The restaurant can be rented out for banqueting and also used as a venue for simple business meetings.
