Four Seasons Lion Palace Hotel
The name of this restaurant at the Four Seasons Lion Palace is a portmanteau combining the first syllables of three major centres of Asian cuisine – Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong. The menu is a luxurious combination of dishes and flavours from all three locations and elsewhere in Asia, with extensive sushi and dim sum selections, as well as more substantial Chinese and Japanese entrees. The 50-seat restaurant is beautifully designed, mixing Art Deco and Asian motifs, with large arched windows overlooking St. Isaac's Cathedral. There is also a private dining room with teppanyaki table.
