Four Seasons Lion Palace Hotel
Named, rather incongruously, in honour of Tsar Alexander I, Xander Bar is in fact a beautifully traditional space, with walnut paneling and a library atmosphere. Cocktails served in colored chrystal glasses and an extensive list of by-the-glass champagnes are the highlights of the drinks menu, while to accompany them you can choose from caviar, oysters or a range of other up-market snacks. There is also a tempting selection of traditional sweets to go with fresh tea or coffee.
