With seating for 100 people, the Guyot Hotel's main restaurant is an elegant, old-fashioned dining room with several interesting design features. As well as the hotel's buffet breakfast (from 8am to 10am daily), the restaurant also serves a set-menu business lunch (12.30pm to 4pm) and dinner a la carte. The menu comprises Russian and European dishes and aims to give guests a taste of traditional St. Petersburg cuisine.
