The Helvetia Hotel does not have its own dedicated sports facilities, but just around the corner at 57 Nevsky Prospekt is the Corinthia Nevskij Palace Hotel, which has a branch of the Planet Fitness chain. The fitness center has various cardio- and weight-training machines, and a solarium.
A couple of kilometers from the hotel is the Summer Garden, laid out by order of Peter the Great in the 18th century, which is a great place for an early-morning run.
