I've stayed here several times now - our Russian partners have offices just around the corner - and I don't really have any complaints. Be sure to get a room in the newer building (slightly more expensive), as the others are getting very old. The Neptun doesn't have all that much character, and if I was a tourist I'd choose somewhere else, but I love the fitness centre here - way better than you'll find in most 5-star hotels.
