The designers of the award-winning Metamorfos Restaurant cannot be faulted for effort in their attempts to pursue the Radisson Sonya's Crime and Punishment theme to its logical conclusions. While the eye-catching decor combines contemporary furnishings with luridly colored fabrics and Russian nesting dolls, each dish served, from traditional Russian favourites such as blini with caviar to modish Italian offerings, is tenuously linked to the life and works of Fyodor Dostoevsky. The menu is a joy to read.
