Pechatnya Graphic Workshop
This three-in-one establishment housed in three casemates of the Nevsky Curtain Wall offers an insight into the history of printing, as well as the chance to try your hand with a traditional printing press, and a source of attractive and original souvenirs.
The museum section contains a collection of historic printing presses from the 18th and 19th centuries, while in the workshops fully functioning versions give visitors the chance to create their own lithographs and monotypes under the supervision of experiences craftsmen. Finally, there is a gallery of prints by contemporary local artists, with the opportunity to buy views of the city and its most famous landmarks.
