Russian visas in Canada
Residents of Canada now apply for Russian travel visas not at consular departments but at the three Russian Visa Centers in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

There are currently no extra requirements for Canadian citizens beyond those outlined in our general visa guide. Canadian citizens are normally required to show proof of valid health insurance when applying for Russian travel visas.
