In New Zealand, applications for Russian Travel Visas are made at the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Auckland (see contact details below). You can also apply for visas by post.

There are no extra requirements currently in force for citizens of New Zealand, although the Russian Embassy in Auckland stresses the fact that you may be required to present your visa support documents, a ticket for return travel, and evidence of your ability to support yourself during your visit along with your visa at the Russian border.
