A small modern hotel offering bland but well-equipped standard accommodation, the Statskiy Sovetnik is situated in the historic center of St. Petersburg a few steps from Vitebsk Railway Station. This is a good area for dining and entertainment, and provides reasonably fast access to the city's major visitor attraction by public transport. The hotel is situated in a courtyard that is somewhat difficult to access, so be sure to check directions before departure.
